Delivery Times & Order Confirmation
Delivery dates will be confirmed via email once the order has been received and processed. Product delivery timescales are typically provided on each of the product pages or upon order confirmation, however these are a guide and subject to local stock and delivery location. We will always aim to improve on estimated delivery times where possible and will always keep you informed.
If a delivery is expected to arrive later than stated, we will contact you to discuss options available. Timescales are based on standard working days only (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays.
Returning Damaged Goods
Please check your parcels carefully upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect the contents may be damaged, mark the Delivery note as ‘Damaged’ and reject the goods. Please notify us immediately, and we will send replacements. This is very important as signed acceptance of delivery indicates the point at which ownership of the product transfers from the supplier to the customer.
365 Day Return Policy from Day of Goods Received
You have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 365 days from which you receive the goods upon meeting these conditions; the received item is returned in the exact condition in which it arrived in and returned goods must be sealed and returned in the condition with which you received them to the address at the base of every page of www.quicksport.co.uk. Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Quicksport UK by email giving details of the goods ordered, invoice/order number and date received.
Notification by phone is not acceptable.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Quicksport UK at your own cost. All returned items must be in the original packaging and sent to us within three-hundred-and-sixty-five days from receipt.
You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery back to Quicksport UK. Any damages and/or breakages caused in transit, while the product is being returned to us, may invalidate the return policy.
Upon receipt of damaged and returned goods, if all requirements are met as outlined above, a full or partial refund will be issued as discussed or credit applied to your account for your next order online.
