ORDERING
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur, Quicksport UK cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to cancel the contract relating to your order at any time up to the end of 15 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Quicksport UK by email giving details of the goods ordered, invoice/order number and date received. Notification by phone is not acceptable. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Quicksport UK at your own cost. All returned items must be in the original packaging and sent to us within fifteen days from receipt. Returned goods must be resealed and returned in the condition with which you received them to the address at the base of every page of www.quicksport.co.uk. Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned.
You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery back to Quicksport UK. Any damages and/or breakages caused in transit, while the product is being returned to us, may invalidate the return policy.
Upon receipt of damaged and returned goods, if all requirements are met as outlined above, a full or partial refund will be issued as discussed or credit applied to your account for your next order online.
VOUCHERS AND CREDIT NOTES
Vouchers and credit notes issued or received can be redeemed upon a future or existing purchase that is in process. Vouchers are not redeemable upon an order after purchase has been complete but may still be used upon a future order.
The value of which you have been entitled to upon issue either by an account manager or directly online can only be redeemed if the sum total in your order value is greater than the value of credit or voucher being applied.
Vouchers and credit notes are non tangible transactions and cannot be exchanged for cash or direct money transfers.
Vouchers and credit notes are issued to you directly as a consumer or client and cannot be exchanged with any third-party for any reasons whatsoever unless agreed upon in writing by email with an account manager.
Unless agreed upon or stated otherwise, vouchers and credit notes will expire within 1 Month, 6 Months or 1 Year from date of issue and cannot be used on orders placed after the expiry date.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices & availability of products on the Quicksport UK website can be subject to change with no notice. Errors will be corrected only when discovered and Quicksport UK reserves the right to revoke any offer and/or to correct any error or inaccuracy. Quicksport UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
REFUNDS
Once an order has been cancelled or returned for a refund the process can take up to 30 working days.

Courier charges
Courier charges for returns are at the customers’ expense.
WARRANTY
Warranty is dependant on the product of purchase and is controlled by the manufacturer/supplier of that product, subject to their guidelines and may include additional costs.
To check the warranty of a product on the Quicksport UK website, simply go to the products page and check the description, if the warranty is not visible in the description because:
- The warranty has not been displayed on the product page or
- A warranty Does not exist for that product

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED
Please check your parcels carefully upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect the contents may be damaged, mark the Delivery note as ‘Damaged’ and reject the goods. Please notify us immediately, and we will send replacements. This is very important as signed acceptance of delivery indicates the point at which ownership of the product transfers from the supplier to the customer.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
Please accept our apologies if you have not received your item.
This happens very rarely but when it does we appreciate how frustrating it can be and will do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Before contacting us please leave a reasonable amount of time to allow your delivery to arrive, our estimated delivery times are shown on the specific product page. Delivery may be delayed by couriers due to busy periods such as Christmas or due to adverse weather conditions.
To receive a refund or a replacement product you must contact us within 30 days after you received your dispatch confirmation email.
SAFETY NOTICE
Using a product from Quicksport UK, like all sports and other activities, carries an inherent risk of injury, damage to property or even death.
You should always wear the appropriate protective gear for the activity and you should use the product within your abilities.
Learn the necessary abilities and precautions of the activity and be aware of your surroundings as well as other people who may get injured during the activity.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Quicksport UK be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products.

Export restrictions may differ on a product by product level. If you are unsure on whether Quicksport UK can deliver to your location, please contact us and we will help.
